Transcription: The text generated from the audio recording. Notes and Summaries: AI-generated summaries and notes based on the call's conversation. We do not intentionally collect any personal data beyond what is necessary for the note-taking service.

    Note Taking: Automatically generating notes and action items from sales calls. Improvement of AI Services: Enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the Agent by refining AI systems (only anonymized data will be used for this purpose). Record Keeping: Storing and maintaining accurate call records for future reference by authorized users. We affirm that we do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All use of Google Workspace API data is strictly in accordance with Google's Acceptable Use Policy and is limited to providing and enhancing the specific services outlined in this privacy policy.

    We store call audio, transcriptions, and generated notes securely on our servers. This data is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at service@choraai.com.
